Dear Leader/Wagonmaster:

We greatly appreciate the consideration of your group to camp with us. Additionally we are pleased that you have confidence that we can provide an environment that will accommodate your group and make your camping experience rewarding and relaxing.

For future events, we wish to announce some changes that may influence your decision to continue to camp with us.

We can only offer group discounts with 10 or more campers at the following rates: 25% discount in May or October, 20% discount in June or September and 10% discount in July or August. Reservations can be made a year in advance, but confirmations must be made two months prior to the event with firm adjustments to the number of sites needed and/or deposits made one month prior to the event. Our apologies for this change, but we have had to turn down reservation requests for over booked club reservations, only to have fewer than booked campers actually show up. We cannot afford to turn away any potential campers.

The pavilion is available free of charge to groups with 10 or more campers, otherwise there will be a $50 charge for half-day (up to 4 hours) or $75 full day (over 4 hours). We do have available in the pavilion two charcoal grills large enough to cook for 50 or more persons. We also have two warming stations, one electric and the other flame. There is also a small microwave oven and a refrigerator. Two 5 gallon drink dispensers are available as well. Use of the CD/Tuner entertainment system is free to anyone that is using the pavilion, as well as use of the dance floor.
